Bay Area End of Life Options. The End of Life Options Act will have been law in CA for just 18 months. Bay Area End of Life Options is a practice that assists people in considering all of their options for care at the end of their life. Thalia DeWolf, RN, CHPN will be our presenter
Heidi Engel, PT, DPT, UCSF Department of Rehabilitative Services: Early Mobility and Family Engagement for Patient Centered Care and Better Outcomes. Heidi will be talking about an innovative program to get patients “up and moving” in the ICU to improve their recovery from serious illness.

Non-Members and Public Members of NAHAC:

NURSES WHO WANT CEs: If you are a nurse and would like CEs, Healthcare Liaison is a Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #14972. Nurses will earn 7.5 hours for attending the entire conference. Choose the appropriate category as a Nurse - Member or Non Member and Mid or Late Registration $20 will be included in your registration for CEs.
Cancellation Policy: All registrations are final and there are no refunds; however, your registration may be transferred to a friend or we will be happy to present you with a letter verifying you have given a donation to NAHAC, a 501c3 organization.
Refreshments: we will offer coffee/tea at registration
